Ooooh such a good question. And while I don’t give free advice (a girl’s gotta get paid for her expertise!) I would say that if you’re passionate about R&D then make that your brand myth. Your big “why”. Make it visceral. A hard question to ask is “why should people care” and then serve up the answer.
Start there then give me a “hola” when you want a 1:1 💁🏼♀️
